How long does it takes to process and ship the order I have placed?

 

All orders placed on our website between Monday to Friday are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Once the order has been processed and collected by the courier from our warehouse, an automated message with the tracking number and link to monitor your shipment will be sent to your email. You may start tracking the shipment 24 hours after receiving the tracking details of your order. 

Important Note: E-mail or notification containing the tracking details of your shipment may sometimes be filtered by your Junk Mail settings. Please kindly double check both your Inbox & Junk mail folder if you have received your shipment details.

If you have not received any tracking details within 2 business days of placing the order, you may contact our Customer Support by clicking here. We'd be more than happy to assist you with this inquiry.

 

Can I make changes on an order or cancel the order I have made?

 

If you have accidentally made an error on your order, please contact our Customer Support Team immediately. Alterations on the order can only be processed up to 4AM GMT from Monday – Friday. 

If you have placed your order during the weekend or on public holidays, amendments to your orders will be processed on the next business day.  

Once an order has already been processed and shipped out, we are no longer able to amend or cancel the order. Please contact Customer Support so you can be assisted.
