We offer FREE Worldwide Shipping to all countries. The only countries we do not ship towards to are the following due to customs issues

  3. Pakistan
  4. Brazil
  5. South & Central America
  6. Africa
  7. United Arab Emirates (Except Dubai)
  8. Saudi Arabia
  9. Iran
  10. The Canary Islands

Note that tax excise or import charges may be applied by the local customs which must be settled by the recipient in order to complete the delivery. What mode of payment can I pay my order?

 

All orders placed on our website can be be paid using the following

Can I pay by monthly installment or via financing?


Unfortunately, we do not have installment payment options.

You may, however, contact your bank to see if they are able to assist in having the repayment of your purchase be completed in installment. Some banks offer this option and you may contact your bank if this can be offered for your purchase.

Can I customize my order before it is shipped out?


We do not have the option to customize the watch you want to purchase before it is shipped. The specific combination of case, dial colors and strap material listed and shown on our website are final and whichever you choose to add to your cart will be the product you will receive. 

If you would like to purchase an additional strap for your watch, you may opt to check our strap offerings by clicking here. Make sure that you are choosing the correct strap size before purchasing. If you do not know the size of the strap that will fit your watch, you may contact our Customer Support Team for more assistance.

How can I get discount codes?


Using discount codes allows you greater savings on your purchase on our website. At present moment, these can be acquired by doing the following

1. Opportunity for special offers by signing for our newsletter by clicking here.
2. Giving a review on a recent purchase you made with us.
3. Following our official Facebook & Instagram accounts where discount codes & sale offers are normally announced.
4 Signing up on new product release on our website for special discount offers.

Prior to using any discount code, kindly be advised discount codes could not be applied on the following items

  • Timepieces that are already on discount/sale already.
  • Orders in which a discount voucher has already been applied (only one discount code at a time can be used).
  • Accessories (straps, bracelets, winders, etc)
